Ken’s background as an electrical engineer means he has always focused on operational efficiency and the software needed to make it happen. After developing tools to integrate data from various legacy databases to enhance productivity, Ken shifted his focus. He now develops a variety of software tools that provide marketing solutions for various businesses. While the main focus is on website development, lead generation and digital marketing, Ken also has a keen understanding of all aspects that drive inbound marketing for clients. For My Perfect Leads, that means generating high-quality leads and directly connecting them to lenders ready to close.
Bill has been in the financial services, mortgage, and fintech industries since 2000. Although this wasn’t his first profession (he spent his early career in the Air Force and other Intelligence Agencies doing counterintelligence operations), he got hooked on the excitement of watching people get their personal finances in order and the freeing experience it affords them. He’s always available to write, speak, podcast, or do a video segment on any financial topic that helps people control their finances instead of their finances controlling them. Through this work, he helps lenders not only find their best leads but also work with them successfully to close more loans.
